Oct 2003 – Today,  Technical Project Manager and Product Developer.

Working as technical project manager and was within this function responsibly for devising and developing new products.

Contribution in projects;

  • Designing and developing WUIM (Windows Unattended Installation Manager) for a single point of (lite touch) deployment.
  • Developing rescue and unattended installation tools/application based on PE (Preinstalled Environment) and running within a network environment. 
  • BDD (Business Desktop Deployment) 2007 Beta 1 to enable Lite Touch deployments of Windows Vista and the 2007 Microsoft Office system desktop images.
  • Substantive responsibly for the realization of new products.

Aug 2002 – Sep 2003,  Sales Support / Project Manager

Responsibly for devising and developing Microsoft systems, network infrastructure surroundings in harmonization with customer and hardware suppliers. Also responsible for implementation of the aforementioned designs on location of customer and own the computer center. Supervision of project members, realization of progress reports, establishes test scenario, hour justification and coordination.

Several projects finish successfully and well-rounded. Developed standardize documentation, including the procedure for reviewing of documentation. Developed blueprint installation and configuration manuals for Microsoft Operation Systems, as a result of which installation and configuration management could be applied.

Nov 2000 – Aug 2002,  Supervisor Network and Maintenance

In this function I was responsible company and customers systems such as servers, work stations and network components. Responsibly for devising, developing and implementation of projects for improve ICT environment and setting up and forming a maintenance organization.

Contribution in projects;

  • Define standards concerning directory structures. Automatic installing these directory structures (including the associated Active Directory security rights) could be realized by the application of a (WSH) script developed by me.
  • Responsibly for developing, designs, installing and technically/functional maintenance of several intranet surroundings. For this I was responsible for devising and developing the technical lay-out such as content management and graphic layout.
  • Responsibly for devising and developing new products.
  • By implementation, migration and rotation of a Windows 2000 projects and infrastructure realized. This Windows 2000 infrastructure exists from company and customers servers. For desktops I realized standards and define implementation by apply the use of images.

Sep 2000 – Nov 2002,   System architect

Devising, developing and implementation of a Windows NT production environment and infrastructure. Responsibly for devising and developing the infrastructure by means of requirements of customer and hardware suppliers. Guiding project members, formulate test scenario and the drawing up of (blueprint) installation and configuration documents.

Contribution in projects;

  • Realization of infrastructure surroundings (including workplaces) on customer location.
  • Realization of ISP connection via Cisco PIX firewall.

Nov 1998 – Jul 2002,   IT Manager

The company for which I worked had grown of a national organization to an international organization; therefore locale IT related matters are moved from HQ the Benelux and Northern Europe. In my function I was responsible for setting up and arranging an IT organization for the Benelux and Northern Europe.

I was as IT manager responsible for maintenance organization, policy plan, purchase and management of all internal information and communication technology (ICT) components for Benelux and Northern Region.

Contribution in projects;

  • Setting up and defining new policy plan for 2000/2001
    • User policy.
    • Provision process.
    • Define SLA’s (Services Level Agreements) for first and second lines service.

Mar 1997 – Nov 1998,   Field Support Engineer

The company for which I worked was with building an International Virtual Private Network (IVPN) in the Netherlands. This is a speech network in which several PABX of a customer are connected to each other so that one virtual speech network arises.

For European companies of customers such as Sara-Lee and ESA-ESTEC connected to each other (by means of E&EM and ISDN-30). It was possible apply savings on the international phone costs by using of Least Cost Routing (LCR).

Contribution in projects;

  • Configuration and installation of customers POP’s (Point Of Presents).
  • Coordinating en installation van locale connections.
  • Configuration of data en voice connection between customer and T.M.I. network on basis of DPNSS, QSIG of ETSI Protocols.

Mar 1997 – Nov 1998,   Telematica Specialist

By the privatization of the KPN telecom in the Netherlands it was for the company for which I worked possibly to install PABX on the business market. Because of this there were need for a engineer, programmer, analyst for installations and maintenance projects for PABX‘s.

Contribution in projects;

  • Developing NPL (number plan) in dialogue with customer and/or end-user.
  • Arranging a database on behalf of NPL and customers data.
  • Coordinating local telecom suppliers on behalf of the public and internal infrastructure.
  • Drawing up of work procedures, tests methods and acceptance tests of new soft- and hardware products
  • Configuring and testing several equipment such as Voice response, Paging and other EEM components
