PE Builder v3 plugin

Registry Editor PE was written to make editing registry hives in Windows PE a little more user-friendly. This plug-in has been tested primarily with US versions of Windows XP, though better support for international versions of Windows has been added to v0.9.
Registry Editor PE v0.9 is a long-overdue, 90% re-write of Registry Editor PE.
Starting with Registry Editor PE v0.9, Folder and File Browsing have been incorporated into this plug-in.
Add the plug-in to Bart's PE Builder by selecting the .CAB file. It should create the correct plug-in folder automatically.
Run Bart's PE Builder and make sure that the plug-in is enabled before creating the .ISO.
